Context: Waste management scale-up. B2B/B2C marketplace connecting clients (individuals & businesses) with waste collection providers. Platform built from scratch, from the first line of code to production.

• Built the entire SaaS platform from scratch with Remix (React): full quote lifecycle, real-time messaging between clients and providers, integrated Stripe payments, transactional emails, and complete administrative tracking (BSD).
• Deployed an AI WhatsApp agent (n8n workflow): automated customer support answering common questions, triaging requests, and automated quote generation via the platform API — replacing a manual process.
• Technical SEO strategy: deployed thousands of local landing pages across France for organic growth. Optimized pages, semantic structure, internal linking, dynamic sitemap. Programmatic SEO at scale.
• Designed user journeys: online booking funnel, multi-step forms, UX designed for non-tech users.
